RETURNS POLICY

At BOLLARDCOVERUSA.COM™, we honestly want you to have a great experience with our products. We value you as our customer and will try to make your shopping experience pleasurable. Your satisfaction is our number one goal.

Should you have a need to return your purchase, here are some common sense guidelines. All products must be returned in good condition in the unopened, original packaging. All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase. When you are ready to return your purchase, please contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address to the correct warehouse (returns are not accepted at our office). All return shipping costs will be at your expense. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All refunds will be returned via the same method of original payment, less the original shipping fee and restocking fee.

There are some obvious exceptions to this Return Policy. First, any custom cut bollards cannot be returned. Second, any products order with custom graphic designs or logos cannot be returned. Third, any custom designed product to meet your specifications cannot be returned. Fourth, any bulk ordered products that received a discount cannot be returned.
